‘The Nurture Series’- I’m excited to be teaming up with Botanica Holistic Massage and Tamed Tiger Yoga to facilitate a series of deeply nourishing workshop gatherings. 10 -4pm on 23rd November, 14th December and 18th January - £65 per day - All bookings via Tamed Tiger Yoga Studio, Teignmouth.
