Held in the lovely Tamed Tiger Yoga Studio in Teignmouth, this dedicated series of practical, embodied workshop gatherings combine complementary therapeutic techniques with earth medicine wisdom and restorative practices. Each gathering is from 10am to 4pm and includes a delicious and nourishing plant based lunch, snacks and refreshments.

Teaming up with Lucy (Botanica holistic) and Jen (Tamed Tiger Yoga), our vision is to bring women together in circle, make medicine, embody the wisdom of our elders and dedicate time to self healing.
